Often we don’t experience or see the love others have for us because we are unfamiliar with what our love language may be. The Five Love Languages, which is the groundbreaking work of Dr Gary Chapman, who teaches how we can effectively give and receive love to others when we understand our love languages. Love may be a simple four letter word, but our experiences of love are varied, and that’s why it’s so important to know your love language as you may be missing out on an opportunity to share the love with those closest to you.
